Table Dance

Table Dance  (February 2012)  Commissioned by The Chelsea Arts Club. A short dance and music piece exploring the differences between the ‘old’ reptilian brain and the newer frontal brain. Choreographer and Dancer Hattie Worboys collaborates with Composers Wayne Binitie and Nik Paravatos    

Hattie has worked as a freelance choreographer and movement director for fifteen years. She has produced many of her own dance performances, been commissioned to do a wide variety of commercial work and been involved in numerous community dance projects as choreographer, coordinator and teacher.

In her work, Hattie seeks to break away from the conditioned habits of dance, often utilising incidental moments witnessed in both natural and urban environments as her source material.
