The Clapton Walk

Performed at The Clapton Festival. A dance to the tune of The Clapton Walk. Hattie collaborated with musicians Nik Paravatos and Jo Cang to create a new updated version of The Lambeth Walk for Clapton. The idea was to bring the community together in a dance about the area. An instructional video was posted onto the internet which was publicised locally. Hattie taught workshops at local schools and community groups. A crowd gathered together to dance The Clapton Walk at The Clapton Festival led by Hattie and Nicolette.
